ok im gonna make a guide for you ppl so u dont make the same mistakes i did if you are experiencing bounce, wiggle, screw coming loose due to reapitive firing read the post below. IM NOT NOT RESPONDSIBLE FOR DAMAGING YOUR MARKER
:( .

WARNING SKIP THIS IF YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE STOCK TRIGG.

I WOULD PREFFER U READ SOMEONE ELSES GUIDE TO REMOVING THE GRIP BUT HERE IT IS ANYWAY.

1. unscrew and fold back the rubber grip remove battery.
2. unscrew the 2 long buttom screws on grip and the screw you see inside when you remove the barrel.
3. grab the body and begin to pull up VERY gently AT THE SAME TIME push the board up from inside the grip frame.
4. unscrew the only banjo bolt that holds the upper body to the grip frame and set aside upper body rember be safe with it!
5. notice the pin holding the stock trigg, lay the marker on its side proper up so the pin can come out. <make sure u lay the makrer down on something that wont scratch or damage i did mine on boards wrapped with thick towels.
6. get a hole punch and small hammer or rubber mallet w/e i used a hammer and hammer that ***** out becareful not to scrath ur frame.
7. remove stock trigg.

OK CP TRIGGER INSTALL: VERY IMPORTANT!!
if you have or get this wrong your trigger will bounce, wiggle, come loose after firing alot, suck ect...the 2 trigg spacers are tapperd it is very hard to tell. what i mean by tapper is that there is 1 side to both of these spacers that are angled so that they wont rub against the bearing preventing you from tightening the screw all the way!
8. get a flat piece of anything.... paper.... w/e and place the spacer on it. hold that spacer up to any kind of light<i used the tv>, if you can see light from the buttom then that is the side that WILL touch the bearing. do this many times keep flipping you will begin to understand what i mean they are angled. the flat side will be put in facing the grip frame. REMBER ANGLED SIDE FACES BEARING FLATSIDE FACES GRIP FRAME!!!!
9. insert and screw in the button screw from were the stock pin was and you will be able to tighten all the way!!!
10. you will need to play with the magnet to your prefferences also i moved the lower magnet down to prevent bounce.

sorry for any typo's. i hope this helps i know after installed my trigger correctly it fired 10x better, and imagine thought it was 10x better then stock the f'd up way

i played a game with my trigg installed wrong where i couldnt tighten the screw all the way because the trigg wouldnt move, and it would come loose after firing alot, or bounce<just search my other posts for probs>. then i did some reasearch and fixed the problem and omg its incredible totally different feel. its so smooth no wooble doesnt stick anywhere so i figured i'd help u all out and learn from my newb mistakes!! your welcome best trigg ever <imo> i'm gonna post a vid soon of how freakn easy it is to walk it.

This past weekend my cousin and I installed his CP trigger. After much flipping around the washers we thought we finnaly had it right... It could be tightened and still move freely. It also wasn't coming loose from firing. At the end of a day of play we noticed that the screw started coming out again. I really expected a smoother install from CP. At this point I'll wait on getting my CP trigger.

Not got mine yet - 'in the post' they said. Anyway - would it not be adviseable to drop some loc***e blue on the end of the screw that holds the trigger to the frame?

I loc***e every screw as the vibration of firing will eventually loosen them all (no matter how tight you make them).

same thing was happening on the angel speed 05s...i know mine came with little round washers that look more like gaskets. makes the trigger alil stiff but its really smooth

it took me around 45 minutes to get those little spacers in. how do you do it so you don't have to push them up the frame and hope they go in?

i'm really thinking of selling the cp and getting the techna one...the screw keeps coming undone on my cp.

Thanks for the walkthrough. I picked up a CP trigger today. It's really not THAT difficult to figure out which sides are supposed to go in. The threaded spacer was particularly obvious. Good thing I read this and knew how important it was, though. Again, thanks a ton.
