when i get my ion in like 2 days what is it setup for? does it come already on semi auto that can hit 17bps?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it comes set in semi, but not at 17 a sec., I believe it comes from the factory at like 5 or 6 bps. I know I had to adjust my rate up when I got it and also had to change it over to rebound mode.

so is the only way to change the setting to take of the grip and mess with it?

yep, thats the only way to access the button on the board to make adjustments.

its really easy to change the settings to what u want them to be if u read the manuel and mess with it a little

to figure it out if u did it wirght can u gas it up with the grip not reinstalled and shoot so u can tell when setting u put it on?

yea man, u don't have to have the grip on to shoot teh gun, well obvisously u want the frame to be attached haha but not the grip. so don't worry about messin sumtn up just test some different modes out, but be sure not to mess with ur dwell unless u absolutely know what ur doing ! peace

Stock setting is 15.15-bps. Some guns seem to be coming on three shot burst, also.

I though rebound was illeagal in games? When is sp comming out with shells for the ion? not sure how to install the QEV in my gun, neither is brandon AKA Tekk from bastion paintball in nanaimo b.c. which QEV's are they, the little square ones the have an e on em or the ones that have a little more metal on them? plus i know ppl have posted how to install em but im new here and not sure were it's at?
