View Full Version : Should i trade my trilogy pro for an ion?

Well i just bot a new gun my autococker and i saw same dude at the field with an ion and it was sick im wondering if anyone would help me decide weather to get it or not and how to get if i should trad my cocker in :rolleyes:

I would and I'm sure everybody else on this forum is going to say the same but if you go to the WGP forum everybody will say keep the cocker :rolleyes:

i would trade it in while ya can.... cockers, while amazing, will still cost $700+ to get to tournament level (for an electronic frame, amongst several mechanical upgrades) Ion + Barrel + Cost factor = amazing .... you can't argue with math...

I owned cockers for years and still do...and a Trilogy vs Ion...i mean come on.

ION pwn and i cant belive how CHEAP THEY AREEEEEEEEE

This is an actually pretty un-biased opinion.

Get the Ion..for the simple reason that wgp DID cut corners on the trilogy..it has an intergrated 3way..aka its shiz..there's not much room to upgrade it since its bottle necked by those kinds of parts. also, the ion just rocks your world.

Yeah, this is a pretty biased place to ask that kind of question but..

I would still seriously say Ion if this were the WGP forums..lol..its just THAT much better

now would I say ion vs 2005 superstock? hell no, superstock would probably own the ion..but still.. a trilogy sucks ocmpared to TEH ION'ness.

Even tho, yes it is biased in this forum, before i purchased the ion, i was gonna get a cocker.... not a trilogy, but nevertheless, a cocker.... and even at that i decided to go with the ion because of the cost factor for upgrades.... (cockers are heavier too... chalk another up for the ion)

I used to want a cocker and an imp but when I tried the ion all I could think about was getting one.
